Payments and program details
Commission tracking and payouts are managed through Shopify Collabs. Commission frequency: one commission is earned for each qualifying order attributed to your approved affiliate link or code; this is a per-order, non-recurring commission, not a payment for clicks. Minimum payout: $25 USD in your Shopify Collabs “Next payout” balance; smaller balances carry forward until the threshold is met. Payout method: automatic payouts through Shopify Collabs and Hyperwallet, using an eligible method such as PayPal or bank transfer (availability depends on your country). Creators must activate automatic payouts. Payment timing: eligible commissions have a 30-day holding period for cancellations, refunds and disputes, then are charged on our Shopify bill. After the bill is paid, Shopify schedules creator payouts twice monthly when the $25 minimum is met. Fully refunded or cancelled orders during the holding period do not earn commission. The exact approved offer shown in Collabs applies to your partnership. See Shopify's creator payout instructions.
