Returns, cancellations and refunds

To request a return, cancellation or remedy, email adladalal28@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Please get return authorization and the correct return address from us before posting anything. A print provider's parcel address might not accept returns.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order is damaged, defective or not as described, contact us promptly. Please include photographs if useful. We will review and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund. This does not limit any legal guarantee or other mandatory consumer rights.
European Economic Area: withdrawal rights
For eligible online purchases by consumers in the European Economic Area, you normally have 14 calendar days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw without giving a reason. You normally then have another 14 calendar days to return them. Contact us by email with your withdrawal notice. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return mailing address.
For a statutory change-of-mind return, the customer generally bears direct return-shipping costs unless the law requires otherwise or we agree to pay. We refund the amounts required by law, including eligible basic delivery charges, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Where allowed, a refund can be withheld until the returned goods or evidence of their dispatch is received.
Clearly personalized goods
Products manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized with a custom name may fall within an exception to the EEA withdrawal right. A standard item that is only produced after purchase is not automatically exempt solely for that reason. This exception never removes your rights for damaged, defective or nonconforming goods.
Outside the EEA
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, contact us first; eligibility depends on the product and applicable local law. Mandatory remedies for defective or misdescribed goods always apply.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if a name, size or address is incorrect. Because items move into production, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production starts. Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights are unaffected.
