Every personalized design is carefully created by just the two of us—my sister and me. Each custom pet portrait takes approximately 3 days to complete because we want every detail to be special.

To maintain the quality of our work, we can accept a maximum of 2 custom orders every 3 days.

🎄 How Your Personalized Christmas Pouch Is Made

Your pouch is carefully designed just for your pet. Here’s what happens after you order:

1. Choose & upload: Pick your Christmas theme, size and zipper color, upload your pet’s photo and add an optional name.
2. We create your artwork: Our small family team carefully prepares your personalized pet portrait.
3. Review your preview: We email your design to the address used at checkout. Please reply to approve it or request an adjustment.
4. Printing starts after approval: We do not send your design to printing before you approve your preview.
5. Production & shipping: After approval, we prepare the final artwork for printing, then your finished pouch is shipped with tracking information when available.

Please note: Design time, customer approval, printing and shipping are separate stages. Please order early for Christmas; arrival by a specific holiday date cannot be guaranteed.

Your pet is the star: the dog breeds and names shown in the photos are examples only. We use your uploaded pet photo to create your chosen Christmas look; any pet can be submitted. The finished artwork may differ from the examples.

Check your Christmas theme, pouch size and zipper color. Upload a clear, well-lit pet photo showing the face and ears (JPG, PNG or WebP). If you add a name, double-check the spelling. If you cannot see the photo-upload field, please contact us through chat before ordering.
